THE HOOD
		This is the Hood. His smouldering eyes seem to glow as he uses strange influences to bend peoples minds to his evil will. The Hoods mystical powers, founded in the dart regions of voodoo and black magic, hold him aloft as the worlds most dangerous man who's main aim is to obtain the secrets of Internation Rescue at any cost.
